Matthew Feargrieve, Partner MF Consultancy
Matthew Feargrieve is a corporate lawyer of 16 years' standing. His practice has a tripartite focus: advising hedge fund and private equity fund managers; advising family offices on the implementation of private investment vehicles as part of their wealth planning; and advising clients on general commercial and contractual matters.
In addition to providing legal advice, Matthew acts as an independent non-executive director on the boards of hedge funds and general partners.
Matthew qualified as a barrister and a solicitor in the United Kingdom, and as an attorney in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands.
He holds an MA in jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
